Young Families
How do we raise our children faithfully in today's world? And how can this church be 'a village' to our younger families, helping them in the various challenges and questions that arise in parenthood? At St. David's, we are blessed with many younger families, and we find it important to schedule fun, social, casual activities in which we can share and develop that most important sense of community and support. We meet about once every six weeks, either on a Saturday morning or a Friday night, for everything from casual coffee dates to Family Games' Nights.
Sunday School
Under the leadership of Dorothy Hyndman, with a number of other committed teachers, our children are invited week by week into creative and diverse ways of exploring our faith:  through storytelling, prayer and song, through crafts and visual arts, through friendship with peers and the support and caring of adults, through active involvement in our worship upstairs.  Sunday at 10:00am, we offer a Children’s Program that teaches and engages, and at the same time, values our youngest members as people who don’t just have something to receive from church, but also very much have something to offer.
