St. David's community honoured National Indigenous Peoples Day during worship on Sunday, June 16. Following worship, everyone headed outside to bless the Community Gardens, which included each participant placing sacred tobacco in a garden and offering a silent prayer.

Neighbours are invited to help themselves to anything that is ready for picking in the garden!
